Pearce Branigan
Founder and Executive Director

Pearce has been engaged with the built environment for over seven years, leading on advocacy and communication campaigns for clients across the public and private sectors. Prior to entering the sector, Pearce worked in UK Parliament for a number of MPs, where he supported them in both backbench and ministerial roles in Government.

Pearce has been active in the Conservative Party for a decade. He currently serves Deputy Chairman for his federation. He has previously served as the Party’s candidate at both GLA and London council elections.

Phil Briscoe
Founder and Executive Director

Phil has worked in real estate and planning communications for the last 25 years, founding his own businesses before merging into SEC Newgate UK, where he is MD, Advocacy. In that time, he has worked across all planning sectors including housing, retail, commercial, energy and transport and has advised on over 1,000 planning applications across the length of the UK.

Politically, Phil is a former councillor, GLA candidate, Conservative Agent and has served as a constituency and area officer in several different areas, including London, Essex and the South West.

Aisha Cuthbert
Founder and Executive Director

Aisha has worked in social housing for over a decade for several different housing associations. She is currently a director at one of the largest housing associations in the country and has sat on a number of sector advisory groups.

Aisha is a former councillor and cabinet member for the environment. She has also been a parliamentary candidate.

Tom Martin
Founder and Executive Director

Across a 15-year career in London and his native Yorkshire, Tom has advised some of the UK’s leading property and infrastructure businesses. He now runs his own consultancy, Woodlawn Communications, advising businesses on political, policy and reputational issues.

Tom has also stood as a candidate in local government elections and worked on numerous election campaigns, as well as serving in various local association roles.

Jessica Stewart
Founder and Executive Director

Jessica Stewart has worked in communications for town planning and newhomes for three decades. She set up Comm Comm UK in 2013, building it into the best-in-class planning and built environment communications company with the highest success rate in the country for gaining planning consents.

Jessica is Deputy Chair Political of Reigate and Banstead Conservative Association and a member of Cities of London and Westminster Conservative Association, where she is Deputy Chair Political of St James’s ward. She sits on both Associations’ Executive Councils. She has previously been on the Parliamentary Candidates List and is currently reapplying.

Jessica holds a Master’s from UCL in Central and South Eastern European Politics, where she specialised in conflict resolution in the Balkans. She also holds a BSc in Politics.
